About me
It all began when I was 12 and my grandpa gifted me an SLR camera. Little did I know it would ultimately become my passion.
Some years later, that was all I could dream of: doing what I love most, photography and cinematography. I really enjoy the technical approach to creating a unique image. Photography literally means drawing with light — from the Greek φωτός (phōtos), light, and γραφή (graphé), drawing. Be it a candid emotion or a staged pose, I choose creative lighting to achieve a creative result.
Cinematography means motion drawing. When it comes to documenting an emotion or filming from a script (a commercial or even a wedding), it's crucial to be technical not only about your lighting but also about the movement in the frame, so that it doesn't distract from watching but rather encourages it.
In 10+ years in this amazing field, I've met many creative people and befriended professionals who have only strengthened what is known today as Kass Studio. I truly believe that something big is always achieved through big dreams and, ultimately, the right team.
From weddings to commercial projects, my team and I are here to do what we love most: collect recollections that make a statement.
